What if something other than the system is damaged during installation?

We take the utmost care with your property when installing Sunlux systems, but in the unlikely event that the unexpected happens, we’ll make it right. For example, when a wire was accidentally crossed during installation, damaging a customer’s stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher, we immediately took them to a local Lowe’s to pick out brand new stainless steel appliances. A situation like this is very rare, but when things do go wrong, we go above and beyond to resolve the situation.

What if my solar system stops working?

We monitor your solar system for you, and chances are we will know if something is not working before you do. If we notice an issue, we will immediately notify you and schedule for a technician to come to your home and resolve the issue.

What happens if my system underproduces?

With our performance guarantee, you’ll never have to worry about a thing. If there is a shortfall in production, we’ll reimburse you for the difference per our contract payment schedule and optimize your system for peak performance, at no charge to you.

What happens if I have a warranty claim?

Filing a warranty claim with a manufacturer can be a long and painful process. If something breaks, we’ll fix or replace it immediately and deal with the paperwork and manufacturer ourselves. We’d rather you spend your time on something you actually enjoy doing.

Are labor and parts for repairs covered under the warranty?

Many of our competitors don’t cover the parts and labor costs for repair, but we do. Enjoy solar power worry-free, knowing we cover all parts, labor and even shipping costs for any repairs or maintenance for 25 years.

What if I need general help or tech support?
